The Agent Operations Community

Build your teamwith agents.Not alone.

You’re building AI agents into your business. Automating workflows, shipping faster, working differently than everyone around you. But you’re doing it without a single person to compare notes with. Humans with Agents changes that.

Application-only. Manually reviewed. For practitioners, not spectators.

The real challenge

The tools aren’t the hard part. The isolation is.

You’ve figured out more about AI agents than most people in your industry. You’ve built workflows that save hours. You’ve automated things your competitors don’t even know are possible. And yet — you’re doing all of it in a vacuum.

No real peers

Nobody gets what you’re doing

Your friends nod politely. Your clients don’t care how it works. Online communities are full of beginners asking how to write a prompt. You need people operating at your level.

No accountability

Great ideas. No follow-through.

You planned to build that agent last month. Then client work happened. Without structure and someone to answer to, the important-but-not-urgent stuff never ships.

No proof it’s working

Am I doing this right?

You’ve got no benchmark. No way to know if your approach is solid or if you’re overcomplicating things. Because you’ve never seen how someone at your level solves the same problem.

No one to ask

Stuck? Ask ChatGPT. Again.

When your agent breaks at 11pm, you troubleshoot alone. Stack Overflow doesn’t cover this. The documentation is thin. You need someone who hit the same wall last Tuesday.

The community

Your operating team for agent work.

Humans with Agents is a curated group of self-employed professionals and small teams who build AI agents as part of their daily business. Every member is manually reviewed. No lurkers, no tourists, no “AI-curious” beginners. Just people who build.

Peer Network

People who actually do this

Every member runs their own business and works with AI agents daily. When you share a build, they understand it. When you hit a wall, they’ve been there. No explaining what an MCP server is.

Twin Pods

4-person accountability groups

Your pod meets bi-weekly on a structured call. You report what you shipped, get help on your current challenge, and commit to what’s next. Four people keeping each other sharp.

Weekly Calls

Live problem-solving, every Wednesday

60-minute community call. Rotating format: AMAs, live workshops, hot seats. Real problems, real solutions. No pre-recorded lectures. No slide decks collecting dust.

Agent Builds

Workflows you can steal

Members share agent builds with enough detail to replicate. Plus the Fail Wall — where we document what broke and why. Learn from wins and mistakes that aren’t your own.

The core mechanic

Your pod keeps you building.

Twin Pods are fixed groups of 4 members who meet bi-weekly for a structured 30–45 minute call. Think of it as a board of advisors who actually understand your work. Pods rotate quarterly (with the option to stay together if it’s working). Matching is based on business stage, agent maturity, timezone, and goals.

01

What shipped?

Each member shares what they built or shipped since the last call. Two minutes each. No fluff, just updates. This is where accountability becomes real.

02

One challenge, four brains.

One member brings their current challenge. The group spends 15 minutes helping them solve it. Architecture decisions, debugging, workflow design — whatever’s blocking progress.

03

What’s next?

Everyone states one specific thing they’ll ship before the next call. Not goals. Commitments. You’ll report back in two weeks.

“The pod is the reason people stay. It’s not about content or calls — it’s about four people who won’t let you stall.”
How a week looks

Structured enough to ship. Loose enough to breathe.

MondayAsync (Community Feed)

Share what you’re building this week

Start the week by posting your agent project for the week. One sentence, one screenshot, one question. It takes 2 minutes and sets your intention.

WednesdayLive, 60 minutes

Build, solve, learn — together

Rotating format each week. Week 1: AMA with a practitioner. Week 2: Live workshop (build along). Week 3: Hot seat (bring your problem). Week 4: Show & Tell (member demos). Always recorded.

FridayAsync (Curated)

Agent of the Week + what broke

One standout build gets featured with a full breakdown. Plus: curated failures from the Fail Wall. Because the builds that didn’t work teach you more than the ones that did.

Honest filter

This isn’t for everyone. That’s the point.

This is for you if…
  • You work with AI agents — not just read about them. You’ve built something. Maybe it’s rough. Maybe it’s brilliant. But you’ve shipped.
  • You’re self-employed or run a small team (1–5 people). You pay for your own tools, your own subscriptions, your own mistakes.
  • You want to build in the open. Share your workflows, your results, your failures. And get the same honesty back.
  • You want peers, not teachers. You’re not looking for a course. You’re looking for people at your level who push you forward.
  • You’re comfortable in English. Our working language is English, though many members come from the DACH region and across Europe.
This is NOT for you if…
  • You’re looking for a free community or a learning course. We don’t have a free tier. We don’t have video modules. This is a peer network.
  • You want to join but not contribute. Lurking doesn’t work here. The value comes from participation.
  • You need someone to build agents for you. This is a community of builders, not a done-for-you service.
  • You’re not running your own business. Employees are welcome to apply, but the community is built around people with skin in the game.

Questions

Before you apply.

What is Agent Operations?

Agent Operations is the discipline of building, running, and improving AI agents in a business context. It’s not just about prompting or picking the right tool. It’s about designing agents that handle real workflows — research, content creation, data analysis, code generation — and keeping them running reliably. Think of it as DevOps, but for AI agents.

Who is this community for?

Self-employed professionals and small team founders (1–5 people) who already work with AI agents in their business. You don’t need to be a developer. You don’t need to be an expert. But you need to have built something — or be actively building. If you’re still at the “should I try ChatGPT?” stage, this isn’t the right fit yet.

What are Twin Pods?

Groups of 4 members who meet bi-weekly for a structured 30–45 minute call. You check in on what you shipped, work through one member’s challenge, and commit to what’s next. Pods are matched by business stage, agent maturity, timezone, and goals. They rotate quarterly, but you can stay together if it works.

Is the community in English?

Yes. English is our working language. Most agent documentation, tools, and resources are in English, so it makes sense. That said, many members come from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — we have a dedicated DACH/German space for those who want to connect in German too.

What platform do you use?

Heartbeat.chat. Clean interface, event-focused, no noise. Think of it as a calmer, more focused alternative to Slack or Discord. We chose it because it keeps conversations structured without the chaos.

What if I’m just getting started with agents?

That depends on what “getting started” means. If you’ve built your first automation, experimented with Claude, or set up an agent workflow — even a simple one — you’re probably ready. If you haven’t touched any of this yet, start with some experimentation first. We’ll still be here when you’re ready.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly members can cancel anytime. Annual members commit for 12 months. No refunds after the first 7 days — the application process exists to make sure it’s a good fit before you pay.

What’s the refund policy?

7-day window after your first payment. If you join and realize it’s not for you within the first week, write to us and we’ll refund you in full. After that, no refunds. We’re upfront about this because the application process is designed to prevent mismatches.

How is this different from other AI communities?

Most “AI communities” are free, open to everyone, and full of people asking basic questions. Nothing wrong with that, but it’s not what we do. Humans with Agents is application-only, paid, and focused on one thing: Agent Operations. The topic itself is the filter. We’re not another “AI for business” group. We’re practitioners building agents daily.

What does a typical week look like?

Monday: Post what you’re building this week (async, 2 minutes). Wednesday: Join the live community call — 60 minutes, rotating format. Friday: Check out the Agent of the Week spotlight and the Fail Wall. Plus: your Twin Pod call every two weeks. Everything is optional except the pod — that’s your commitment to your group.

Why this exists

I’ve been building AI agents into my business for over two years. Not because it’s trendy. Because it works. My agents handle tasks that used to eat half my day — research, content drafts, code, reporting.

But here’s what I noticed: I was doing it alone. And when I looked around, everyone else was too. Building in silence. Troubleshooting at midnight. Never knowing if their approach was solid or if someone else had already solved the same problem three months ago.

I’m a mechanical engineer by training. Bosch, Industry 4.0, factory digitization. I think in systems. And I know that systems get better when you expose them to feedback — not when you keep them in a vacuum.

That’s why I started Humans with Agents. Not as a course. Not as a mastermind with 200 people and a guru on stage. As a small, curated network of people who build agents daily and make each other better at it.

I believe the best agent operators aren’t the ones who figure out everything on their own. They’re the ones who learn faster because they surrounded themselves with the right people.

I review every application personally. If you’re building with agents and want to stop doing it alone — apply.
